Since April 2010, The Body Shop Studio has provided private personal training and small group training. We have the privalege of working with a wide range of clients, varying by age and fitness goals. With personalized programming design, we are able to drive results for clients with a variety of fitness goals, ranging from increasing bone mineral density or those training to dominate the soccer field. Clients who bring the drive for improvement are the most successful. Most clients train 2-3 days per week. Sessions come in 30 minute and 60 minute options.
One of many unique assets to The Body Shop, is our customized training methods. For our active athletes we conduct neck training protocol, scientifically proven to help reduce the risk of concussion in athletes. We not only value the mental and aesthetic improvements our clients make but the functional strength gains as well.
