Join Curator Carin Kuoni as she introduces core examples of the emerging field of socially engaged art. From Rick Lowe’s Project Row Houses in Houston, Texas to Theaster Gates’ Dorchester Projects in Chicago, Illinois, she will examine how these art practices have not only changed the way art is made, but how it interacts with audiences.
