The Confident Teen: Tools to Help Your Teen Believe In Herself

When you look back on your teen years, this is the class you wish you had.  For girls in 6th through 8th grade. This is the class you can gift to your daughter, niece and loved one to help her understand who she is, trust her knowledge and go for what she wants.  In this class she will learn how to STOP: - Comparing herself to others - Overthinking - Holding herself back - Being mean to herself - Trying to be like other girls - Giving into what others want her to do. And she'll learn how to START: - Listening to herself - Accepting her strengths - Going for her goals and dreams - Feeling confident in her decisions - Looking forward, not back - Being who she wants to be - Creating ways to take care of herself - Seeing how her differences are her superpowers.
