Summit PAL Halloween Parade
Everyone and their mummy will be at this year's PAL Halloween Parade. Featuring ghoulish goodies, spook-tackular live entertainment, and a chilling costume contest. Parade will assemble at 3:00 PM and begin marching at 3:30 PM. Rain or shine!
