Suburban Chamber First Friday - October 2015
There is a kernel of truth to the old adage that business must grow or it will perish. The challenge for those of us who run small businesses, is how to leverage our limited resources to grow our companies.
Some of the challenges are obvious…
- Where will we get the funding we need to make it happen?
- Will our current infrastructure support our growth?
- How do operational decisions that have worked well in the past need to change to move forward?
