Rotary Person of the Year
Janet Whitman, former mayor of Summit and one of the most distinguished women in the city's 20th Century history, is being honored as Rotary's Person of the Year. This award recognizes exemplary contributions to the community by a local resident. As friend, spouse, mother, public official, and inspiration, Janet exemplifies our ideals.
