Goddess Yoga – Monday, September 30, 5:00 pm - 6:15 pm - Susan Guber is the premier instructor this Health, Mind and Body class. 

Drawn to Art -  Monday, October 7, 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm - This beginner art class will guide you through a series of exercises tailored to develop vision and draw from your own creativity and artistic ability before completing a finished work on paper. Several mediums will be explored; including a variety of drawing pencils and charcoals.

Learn to Knit for Moms - Monday, October 14, 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm - Bring your own, unfinished project or learn how to knit a rectangle out of soft cotton, that can be used as a wash cloth, or, with some folding, a cuddly bunny toy. Some might get completed within the class time or you can take it home to finish.

The Last Word on True Health - Monday, October 21, 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm - How the "foods" you eat today affect not only your health, but the health of your children, grandchildren and generations beyond them.
