On Monday, March 5, at 7:30 pm at Maplewood Memorial Library, 51 Baker Street, Maplewood, the Maplewood Garden Club hosts Tedor Whitman, Executive Director of the Cora Hartshorn Arboretum and Bird Sanctuary in Short Hills. One of Tedor’s favorite topics is birds, birding, and conservation; and during his presentation, “Birding for All Seasons in New Jersey,” he will explain why New Jersey’s geographical location along the Atlantic Flyway makes it one of the best places in the US to go birding year-round.
