Lunch and Learn Memory Screeing

In conjunction with the Alzheimer's Foundation of America, SAGE Eldercare and Overlook Medical Center will conduct free and confidential memory screenings. Memory screenings are used for anyone concerned about memory loss or experiencing warning signs of dementia, family and friends who have noticed changes in them, or those who believe they are at risk due to a family history of Alzheimer's disease or a related illness. A physician lecture will be held at noon on successful aging, followed by screening from 1-3 pm. Light lunch box will be provided.
