Lifelong Learning Series: Women & Art: Up Front and Behind the Scenes

Join Dr. Kathleen Wentrack, The City University of New York, Queensborough and guest lecturer Dr. Anne Swartz in a five week lecture series that examines images of women from ancient times until the contemporary moment through a thematic structure. Lectures will also include a presentation of the Women’s Art Movement and more recent feminist art in light of the concurrent exhibition Women Choose Women Again organized by the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey.
