Girls Night Out at The Elks Lodge

The Summit Elks Lodge #1246 is hosting a Girls Night Out on March 3, from 7 pm to 10 pm, at the Elks Lodge at 40 Maple St., Summit, NJ to support the Christ Child Society of Summit's Layette Program. Attendees may bring donations of new baby clothes--onesies, pajama stretchies or an outfit--sizes newborn or 3 months, and can help make simple but adorable "Blankets for Babies." The Christ Child Society of Summit provides layette bundles to babies at the free pediatric clinics at Overlook and Morristown hospitals. Layettes include essential clothing items, and the handmade, adorable fleece blankets that the Elks Lodge #1246 generously subsidizes with a Beacon Grant. These bundles help new babies and their families get off to a happy and healthy start.
