Although Pat founded her consulting company in 1988 (including 10 years of pharma
agency and digital innovator work) a midlife meltdown sparked her own pivot and she
says, ?my mess became my message.?
Pat Roque and her box of 50 ROCKS (yes, rocks) have transformed lives and careers
through the Rock On Success Leadership System and Mastermind. Pat?s expertise is

future. Pat Roque a fierce advocate for strength-based culture, empowering virtual

Pat earned a masters degree in organizational leadership online through Thomas
Edison University, where her thesis on the benefits of telework for virtual teams gained
accolades in 2000 (before 9-11 made telework a necessity for thousands of displaced
teams). She then became a global brand ambassador for the university, extolling the
benefits of e-learning as yet another key ingredient to optimizing global workforces. That
advice is in hot demand amid the reawakening in our #coronavirus recovery.
