First Friday - December 2012 - with Assemblyman Jon Bramnick
Superstorm Sandy has been the topic for the past month. While we escaped major damage (unlike the Jersey Shore), the power issues that we have all faced have brought many questions and concerns to the fore. Union County is one of the counties that has been made eligible for disaster assistance.
We've asked one of our two assembly representatives - Jon Bramnick - to join us for First Friday. We've asked him to update us on what is known as to what happened in our area; and to give us an overview of what the process is going to be going forward for business.
The financial ramifications for the state are enormous. As the media is pointing out the current budget projections are out the window. Assemblyman Bramnick, as the Republican leader in the Assembly is in a unique position to help us understand what is going to happen in 2013 and beyond.
Please make plans to join us.
