DIVORCECARE Support/Workshops No matter what the circumstances, divorce is a painful process for most people. The Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays compound the difficulty. The New Providence Presbyterian Church, 1307 Springfield Avenue, is offering a pre- holiday workshop entitled ?Surviving the Holidays?, to help you navigate these holidays. Please join us Tuesday, November 17th,2015, from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm. We will watch a video presentation and then have a time to talk??or just listen?..it?s up to you. Our annual DIVORCECARE workshops will begin Tuesday, December 1st, 2015 through February 23rd, 2016. Some of the topics will be: ?What?s Happening to Me??, ?Facing Your Loneliness?, ?Facing Your Anger?, ?Moving On?. Group Discussion and interaction will follow these video presentations. Those who wish to share their experiences are welcome to do so, however, if you are more comfortable just listening that?s fine too. We understand that attending a workshop such as this is a courageous first step for many.
