Dinner of Smiles

Operation smile is an organization focused on improving quality of life and repairing cleft lips and palates for children who are not able to afford the operation on their own. Most families cannot afford to pay the $240 to have their children receive the operation. Our Goal is to raise $15,000 to help fund a mission. We are dedicated to helping others and operation smile is just the beginning. The event will start at 5 PM with a cocktail hour. Following at 6 PM will be a 5 course dinner with Chef Anthony Ferguson of Point Pleasant, NJ where he will be preparing a beautiful meal and experiment with Molecular Gastronomy. At 8PM there will be a silent auction with various packages and gifts donated from businesses all around New Jersey. Prizes include helicopter rides, Wine baskets and top end kitchen ware just to name a few! Please come to support the event.
