Local businessman and event founder Ivan Ruiz presents the 3rd Annual Summit Wine & Food Festival. This three-day event offers something for everyone, from an extravagant formal dinner, and wine and food tasting event featuring some of the country's best sommeliers and chefs, to more casual wine and spirits tastings, seminars, food demonstrations, and another special and spectacular food and wine pairing competition.
