DESCRIPTION:Learning how to read "Body Language" is a communication tool for your career "Tool Box!"\n\n*How to read the crowd\n\n*How to manage difficult people\n\n*How to put your best foot forward for success!\n\n\n\nKelly Brozyna\, CEO / State Director\n\nKelly Brozyna was the founder and President of the Colorado Business Development Foundation (CBDF)\, a 501C3 non-profit from 2015-2020. The CBDF was created to assist entrepreneurial resources through fundraising to enhance consulting\, training\, and events for entrepreneurs in Colorado.\n\nFrom 2000 to 2019\, Kelly Brozyna oversaw the operational management\, strategic planning\, and financial planning of the Colorado SBDC Network that is federal and State funded program\, the Minority Business Development (MBO)\, and Regional Support with a total budget of over $4.5 Million dollars in programming.\n\nIn 2020\, Kelly took on the role as the NJSBDC State Director/CEO.  Since she began with NJSBDC\, she has systematically changed the program to a performance based network focusing on the underserved communities.  She is working to strengthen Women\, Hispanic\, African American\, Veteran and LGBTQ+ businesses in the state to give them a fighting chance at success.  \n\nKelly has also created statewide teams to include the "Capital Team"\, Tech Team\, Learning Labs (focusing on Business Certifications\, start ups and grant opportunities).  She has brought on bi-lingual consultants statewide and hired an Hispanic Outreach Officer to ensure the communities are getting the much needed resources for success.  \n\nNew opportunities that are coming our way include assisting the underserved businesses in the green/wind industry\, procurement\, and legal workshops for the small/medium busiensses in NJ.\n\nStay tuned for more great things to come!\n\nKelly Brozyna attended New Hampshire College School of Business and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Brozyna also has a Masters in Communication majoring in Dispute Resolution from the University of Denver\, Non-Profit Leadership Certification from Duke University and a Mini MBA from Rutgers Business School.
