The Entrepreneurial Training Initiative will give you the skills\, information and confidence you need to assess your business readiness and to complete a comprehensive and professional business plan.\n\n	 \n\n	Thinking about starting a business or getting ready to launch? Part I is the place for you to begin.\n\n	Part I (weeks 1 - 3):  Are you and your idea ready? Learn how to properly research and test the feasibility of your business ideas. Take a close look at your entrepreneurial readiness. And if you make it through your reality check\, move to Part II.\n\n	Already in business\, but not happy with the results?  Or maybe you just want to kick things up a notch.  Go ahead and skip to Part II.\n\n	Part II (Weeks 4-7): You're in business. Now what? Here's where you'll really dig in: you'll be creating marketing plans\, operational plans\, financial projections\, and more\, all based on your business idea. The end result? A comprehensive business plan for success.\n\n	 When the class is over\, we stick with you: When you complete ETI II\, you'll be invited to present your business plan to a panel of professionals for a candid and constructive review. We'll also introduce you to potential lenders who can help you start or grow your business.\n\n	Additionally\, you'll receive free one-on-one mentoring services. Got a question?
