Encouraged by her Nonna\, Rosaria fell in love with cooking at age 7. The eldest of five children\, she nurtured her siblings by preparing a variety of dishes. She was featured on NPR's OnPoint and at Enoteca Maria Trattoria. And savor the award-winning Nicky Meatballs and tiramisu courtesy of Manhattan-based restauranteur\, Nick Mormando\, and his Upper West Side restaurant\, Polpette 71.
