DESCRIPTION:We get it\, it's been a rough 2 years.  Join us for a special event as Randy Mackenzie of Summit Transcendental Meditation enlightens us to TM and it's benefits  improving health\, happiness and inner calm.  He will lead us in exercise to learn what TM feels like and why it's so easy to practice. \n\nRandy Mackenzie has been teaching TM full time here in Summit and the Red Bank area for 7 years.  He first started Teaching TM in Bergen County 47 years ago and have taught TM in FL\, CO\, NM\, WY\, Upstate NY\, the Philippines and India.  He has taught many retreats and been part of many projects around the world. He also trained as an Ayurvedic massage technician and ran a clinic in Upstate NY and was on a Theme Park design team for the magician\, Doug Henning.\n\nAlice Brickman has been teaching TM in Summit for 5 years with Randy. She is  trained to teach TM to first responders\, health care workers\, victims of trauma and all those with PTSD and  taught for a special project\, Heal the Healers Now with The David Lynch Foundation to teach TM to health care workers during the pandemic.
