Summit Junior Fortnightly Club's 4th & 5th Grade Spelling Bee

The 2019 Fourth and Fifth Grade Spelling Bee sponsored by The Summit Junior Fortnightly Club Saturday, January 12th, 2019 Lawton C. Johnson Summit Middle School Auditorium 272 Morris Avenue, Summit, NJ 9:30AM Check-in 10:00AM Spelling Bee (Snow date Saturday, January 26th , 2019 – LCJSMS Auditorium) The Annual Summit Junior Fortnightly Club Spelling Bee is open to fourth and fifth grade students in Summit's five public elementary schools (Brayton, Franklin, Jefferson, Lincoln-Hubbard and Washington), Summit's two private elementary schools (Kent Place and Oak Knoll) and fourth and fifth grade students who live in Summit but attend school elsewhere. The registration forms of the first 70 students will be accepted. A waiting list will also be maintained if necessary. Applications will be taken by online registration starting DECEMBER 3rd, 2018 and acceptance will be based on the date and time the form was submitted. Registration forms submitted prior to Monday, December 3rd, 2018 will be disqualified. Registration will close once 70 students have been accepted. Accepted contestants will be confirmed via email within one week of registration. Rules and practice word lists will be sent to all accepted participants.
