First Friday, September 8, 2017, Restoring the Power & Keeping Safe After the Storm with Rob Walton, JCP&L

Electricity is an integral part of our lives that we sometimes take for granted. Rob  will discuss the importance of keeping safe around electricity and how JCP&L restores power after damaging storms and key points on how to stay safe.

Rob Walton serves as Area Manager for Jersey Central Power and Light.  Based in the Summit Line Shop, Rob serves 22 communities in Union, Morris, Somerset and Essex Counties.  Area Managers act as the liaisons between JCP&L and municipal and county elected and appointed officials to ensure effective communication and cooperation.
