Our speaker will be David G. Dietze is President and Chief Investment Strategist of Point View Wealth Management, Inc., an SEC registered investment advisor, which he founded in 1993. PVWM has been named one of the country's top wealth managers by Bloomberg Wealth Manager magazine, as well as #5 on CNBC’s ranking of America’s top 100 fee-only wealth Managers. Point View assists individuals, families, trusts, and others to develop and implement appropriate investment policies in the management of their financial assets.
Each year David joins us and provides us with an overview why the economic year just completed was what it was, and provides us with a reasoned analysis of what the upcoming year is forecast to be.
Mr. Dietze has devoted many years to investing and analyzing the markets. He has been awarded both the Chartered Financial Analyst designation by the CFA Institute and the Certified Financial Planner designation by the CFP Board of Standards. He is a member of various professional organizations, including the CFA Institute and the Investment Forum of Northern New Jersey.
Mr. Dietze is actively involved in local community and charitable activities. He is a member of Summit’s Board of Education including Chair of its Policy Committee, President of the Dartmouth Club of Suburban New Jersey, past President of the Rotary Club of Summit/New Providence, past President of the Summit Tennis Club, past President of the Downtown Club, board trustee and Chair of the planning and budget committee of the Overlook Foundation, Vice President of the Summit Area Public Foundation and Chair of its investment committee, past board trustee, Treasurer, and Chair of the investment committee of the Summit Area YMCA, Co-Head Agent for Dartmouth College's Class of 1978, member of the reunion and gift committees for the University of Chicago’s Law School Class of 1982, and an active member of the Suburban Chamber of Commerce and the Canoe Brook Country Club. Mr. Dietze enjoys reading, tennis, golf, skiing and paddle tennis.
