Figuring It Out - Problem Solving Made Easy (for girls 8-12 years old): Saturday, March 3
Every journey contains ups and downs as we move toward the finish line. Often challenges pop up to test our dedication to pursuing our dream. It's easy to get frustrated and give up, but when your girl has the tools and know how to face these challenges, it empowers her and gives her the strength to keep going. In this class your girl will learn: How to survive when a problem arises Easy steps to use for addressing problems How love and fear can be helpful Why it's important to go backwards to move forwards How laughing at yourself is fuel to figuring it out Life provides plenty of learning opportunities. This class will help your girl be ready for them and handle them with more ease and grace. While your girl can benefit from taking the series, each class stands alone and offers its own unique benefit. Attending the other classes is not necessary. Class includes a lesson, snack (nut-free), craft and brief walk in the arboretum grounds, weather permitting. Enrollment is limited to accommodate for personal attention and growth.. NOTE: The next session in this series is "The Power of Story - Fueling Her Dreams", Saturday, April 28.
